Deary and I finally broke our fasts together today. We’ve been busy with work and our schedules always seem to clash. Met bby at around 4-ish, then headed down to IKEA first cos i needed to get some stuffs. our plans are always very impromptu. we couldn’t even decide where to break our fasts. in the end, settled with MADJACK. hahahah! there’s discount you know. We bumped into his cousin there too. such a sweet girl, and very intelligent too. so anyways, after dinner we sticked to our plans on going down to Geylang Bazaar. it was a weird feeling upon reaching there. wanna know why? cos surprisingly it wasn’t flooded with people like they usually do every year!! where have all the mats and minahs gone to? The bazaar had its usuals. To cut it short, it was BORING actually. but i intend to head there once again, prolly two days before Raya to get my henna. WHAT’S LEBARAN WITHOUT HENNA MAN? so yeap. I made a deal with bby that he has to bring me there by hook or by crook!

i need to get my heels and ze clutch ASAP. oh oh! and im very very excited for bby’s bday next week. its his bday but im the one getting all psyched up. weird, i know. but i can’t help it! i can’t wait to see his reactions when he opens my gift for him! teehee!

alright alright! its like 310am. my eyes are stony already and my brain cells are weak too. ttyl. night bitches!

My grandpapa is turning 80 this coming Sept. 80 my goodness! I thought he’d still be in his late 70s but lil brother reminded me that he’s gonna be 80 soon. I feel so blessed to have my grandfather still. Although his age is almost a century, he’s still very much strong and able. I may not be his favourite grandchild, but i’m proud to say that i’m the only grandchild that gives him the most attention. It saddens me to see my grandpapa blabbering to himself at times, especially now that my grandma has gone staying with my elder brother. My grandpa seems lonely. That’s why his conversations with me and mom are always a bit different and strange. He sometimes talks about his two other sons, on how they hardly call what more visit him. I really feel sorry for him. If i were in his shoes, i too will feel sad and disappointed in my own children. I But nevertheless, i’m thankful to God for keeping him healthy all these years. May Allah keep you safe and healthy always, atuk. (:

i almost lost you today, almost. but i thank God for making me realise that the decision i was about to make was wrong. i thank God for making me realise that it’s still you i will always need at the end of the day. i thank God, for you, for everything.

i miss my cousin. A WHOLE LOT! she’s been absent from my life for quite some time now. when i see photos of her, i really miss the times we had. we used to call each other so much, texts, having random meet-ups and have a great hell of time together. we, cousins/ sisters, were inseparable. but now? look at us. we’ve grown apart, both busy with their own lives. whenever i’m feeling down, she’s the one i used to call and complain to. she was my pillar of strength. i haven’t been doing that for awhile now. i’m afraid that she’ll busy and i might disrupther busy schedule. i don’t want to be a burden, especially not with the workload she’s with now. so, those friends of her, if you happen to stumble upon this blog of mine, please please take good care of her. cos she means the world to me. do keep her happy and carefree. i’d always appreciate these gestures from you guys.

to Madasa, i know you’ve met your other half and you’ve been very blissful together. but don’t ever forget me. in reality, i have no idea how’s life been treating you, but i’ll always pray that you’re doing well. i love you.
